Bait and switch-should sue

After arriving in Las Vegas and taking a shuttle to the Summerbay resort hotel we were informed there was no reservation for us there.The receptionist then tried to find out where they were sending us.She tried the Jockey club which was the other place listed on our reservation.Of course,they didn't have a room for us either.We were sent to the not so Royal resort hotel on the slum side of the strip.We had to pay for a taxi to take us there.It's like a Super 8.We then had to attend the presentation for a vacation package at the Jockey club.Go figure. Did they send us a ride? *** no.My first and last trip with Summerbay.They can keep my money.They suck.Anyone for a class action lawsuit?
