My husband saw a pop up add or e-mail and decided to check it out. He gave his phone number and two days later they contacted him by phone. He liked what they had to offer and they sounded real professional. Well they needed a confirmation card so he gave them what they asked for the first 4 digits and the 3 numbers on the back(security code). He said they wouldnt charge unless we decided to confirm our package deal. Well I when i checked my bank account. They took $298 from my account. I immediately called my bank. They dropped teh card and told me to call the summer bay company so I did. They claimed they had no recolrd of my husband on file and then went on to ask me for my 16 digit card number. I SAID *** NO!!! I waited for the charge to drop well it did but then came back on later. I called the bank again and they said the company was filing a dispute with the bank saying I owed them that money. I was so pissed. I have to sign an affidavit and wait 90 days and see what happens. But just to let you know they take your money and then you never here from them again!!!!!

Same thing just happened to me. I was told I was the 1 millionth visitor and had won this wonderful package. I knew it was too good to be true but I thought I'd hear them out anyway. Sure enough once I refused to give my card details the operator got stroppy and finally hung up on me. Stay away from them.

Saw the pop-up and made the initial contact. Fast talking sales person answered my call and was passed to another person who tried to sell me a package, I told her I need to discuss the package with my family and she insisted that I gave her the last four digits of my credit card. In the meantime I checked with my son-in-law who advised me not to and he in the meantime check the web informing me its a scam. When I told the sales person I have to get back to her she became rude and even called me stupid.

I have never experienced such hostile sales persons. Please of the Caribbean beware of these fast talking frauds

They are still at it! But thanks to reading these comments I was prepared. When the lady was telling me I had a trip to Orlando, Dayton, the Bahamas AND all these tickets for free admission, I figured something was up. I told her all I wanted was the trip to Cancun to check out the resort there.

She said for $500.00 they could send me to all those great places!!! I said I don't want to go to Oralando or Dayton and Nascar tickets are nothing to me unless I can sell them on ebay. Are you going to give me the Cancun trip or is this a bait and switch that you are charging me?

She then tried to through in OTHER properties for the $500.00, at which time I hung up.

Sorry everyone else lost their $$.

My Husband and I purchased from SB in March of 2009 - I was checking out all of the fine print today.. and noticed that a Credit Card is required for identification... not a visa or MC debit.. but actual Credit card..

Well we live by the rules of Dave Ramsey.. Cash for everything.. we have cut up all of our credit cards.. so I called them.. they kept saying, you can give the vacation to someone who has a credit card.. or you could travel with someone who does have a credit card.. WHAT???

THEY DID not tell us this at the time of purchase - guy says well, you pd with a credit card.. I said NO dumb A$$.. that was my Business Debit card.. and I have my bank statement to prove it.. I want my money back.. Of course they say NO.. What to do???
