Summer Bay promised me 60000 points bi annually if I boight their timeshare. I fell for it. They only give me 40000 points. That was 2010. All of my extra money goes to Summer Bay since then. I have never been to the timeshare since I purchased the timeshare since I no longer have extra money. They charge me several hundred dollars a year for maintenance for a place I have never even seen. I also pay them $121 per month for the $6000 mortgage. Do not fall for their sales pitch. They lie.
