I HAD ASKED FOR REFUND, BEFORE 30 DAYS WAS UP.SPOKE TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP NAME DOLORES (IF THAT'S HER REAL NAME)WHO PRETENDED TO BE A MANAGER.

VERY RUDE AND NASTY . KEPT QUESTIONING WHY I WANTED TO CANCEL. SAYING WHY I BOUGHT THE PACKAGE IN THE FIRST PLACE. SAYING IF I GAVE TO YOU FOR FREE , I'D BET YOU TAKE IT.

VERY NASTY. READ ALL REVIEWS DO NOT GO FOR THIS PROMOTIONAL PACKAGE OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT HAS TO DO WITH SUMMER BAY SCAM AND CROOKS.

DID NOT RETURN MONEY YET.WILL BE FLYING TO FLORIDA IF I HAVE TOO

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I had the same promotion to stay in their hotel.This scared me I don't want to go to their 90 presentation.

they send me a paper to sign if we don't go to the presentation we pay 500 dollars i haven't send it yet.i wonder if you got your money back and if i can cancel it.
